What is a safety stop and why do I need one every dive?

What is decompression sickness

Once you find it hard to maintain the same depth, use an anchor or rope to hold on. If you don’t have a line, it is easier to stay at 6m / 19ft as oppose to 4-5 m/ 15 ft.
